Job summary

Protex AI Limited is seeking a high-impact Fullstack Recruiter on a 12-month contract in Ireland. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales and Operations, partnering with the C-suite and leaders to shape talent strategy and delivery.

Use AI recruitment workflows to build pipelines, streamline sourcing, and drive efficiency while maintaining candidate quality and a strong employer brand. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment with high visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS/AI/tech startup.
• Proven experience integrating generative AI tools and modern ATS workflows into recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales and Operations.
• Partner with C-suite and department leads to define talent requirements and criteria.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to build pipelines and accelerate speed-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
• Lead strategic talent initiatives, including employer branding and ATS data optimization.
