Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, including high-volume complex scheduling environments.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and judgment to evaluate or override their output.
• Proven ability to own and improve processes.
• Experience leading projects or initiatives with measurable impact.
• Ability to partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers.
• Excellent judgment and independent decision-making for scheduling changes and prioritization.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem solving.
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and commitment to AI safety.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
• Visa sponsorship may be available depending on role and candidate

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting coordination
• Supervise scheduling automation and decide when human intervention is needed
• Set up scheduling tools and review their output before candidates see it
• Serve as subject matter expert on pipeline health and capacity
• Surface bottlenecks, flag capacity concerns, and recommend priorities
• Manage complex scheduling changes, cancellations, and rescheduling end to end
• Own the pod escalation path and drive issues to resolution
• Lead coordination projects from problem identification through adopted solution
• Coordinate coverage during absences and surges
• Maintain a high-touch, warm candidate experience and communicate status clearly
• Partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers on process improvements
