Reporting within Infrastructure commercial, you will mentor staff, advise on claims and contractual matters, and drive governance across project stages to ensure budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Estimating, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years total commercial experience with 3+ years in transport infrastructure and rail projects.
• Chartered status or membership with a recognized professional body (e.g., SCSI, RICS, CIOB).
• Experience leading and developing junior quantity surveying staff.
• Solid understanding of contracts, commercial documentation, and measurement standards.
• Experience delivering large-scale public or private infrastructure programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost estimation and planning for railway and transport schemes.
• Oversee payments, bills of quantities, and final accounts.
• Mentor intermediate quantity surveyors across the team.
• Provide commercial guidance on claims, contracts, and governance.
• Ensure adherence to measurement methods and internal processes.
