Linesight is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in Ireland. You will provide cost estimation and cost management across major infrastructure schemes and help grow our civil cost services for transport, water, utilities, and ports.

The role emphasizes first-principles cost estimation, procurement support, and delivering accurate cost reports while fostering strong client relationships in a collaborative, diverse team.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Understanding of civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NEC and/or GCCC contracts is desirable.

Mansioni

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost plans for infrastructure projects.
• Support procurement processes: tender docs, evaluations, negotiations, award recommendations.
• Prepare standard deliverables: estimates, tender reports, valuations.
• Assist in final accounts and handling variations/claims for best value.
• Perform cost analysis and benchmarking to inform investments.
