Background

Our client are a Tier 1 Contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working on a infrastructure project in North Dublin.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, working closely with the project, procurement and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs, budgets, valuations and variations.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, packages and accounts.
• Prepare commercial reports, forecasts and cost-value reconciliations.
• Manage change, claims, risks and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
