Job summary

ProSource Group in Dublin is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy. You will work across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial fit-out projects with a strong focus on client-side cost management and independent project leadership.

The role suits an experienced QS with a PQS background who can manage projects with minimal supervision, liaise with clients and project teams, and contribute to a growing advisory pipeline.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• Minimum 7 years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• PQS/consultancy background strongly preferred.
• Experience across residential and commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of cost management and contractual processes.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
