Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Monaghan to lead cost planning, budgeting and forecasting for diverse residential, commercial and conservation projects. You will prepare estimates, manage tenders, monitor costs and provide value engineering recommendations to protect profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting and project forecasting.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, tenders and contracts.
• Monitor and control project costs to support value and profitability.
• Manage commercial risks linked to costs, contracts and procurement.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Provide financial reporting, cash flow updates and reconciliations.
• Deliver cost advice and value engineering recommendations.
• Work closely with project managers, design teams and procurement teams.
