Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dublin

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to join one of Ireland's leading main contractors? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering a portfolio of large-scale, high-rise residential developments across Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a commercially driven team working on landmark, multi-million-euro construction projects throughout Dublin City and the Southside.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of major construction projects from inception through to final account, working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of assigned construction projects.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and financial reporting.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
• Administer subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support project delivery teams to maximise project profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use construction projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative project team.
