GPC - Global Professional Consultants seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team in the Greater Waterford Area. Lead budgets, valuations and forecasts across residential projects, while preparing tender documents and managing subcontractor payments and changes.

The role demands a degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience and a strong grasp of Irish contracts. Hybrid working options and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, ideally within residential construction.
• Strong understanding of Irish construction contracts and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
