BSS Contract Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on major residential developments from Drogheda to North Dublin. You will manage budgets, cost plans and subcontractor packages across multiple live sites.

The role demands extensive experience inQuantity Surveying within residential/developer environments, with strong contract knowledge and stakeholder management. A long-term, permanent position with a solid pipeline awaits in the Dublin region.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with a developer or main contractor.
• Strong residential experience preferred; civils/infrastructure experience also of interest.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of residential developments from pre-construction through delivery.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, forecasts and valuations.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including tender analysis and appointments.
• Oversee cost control, variations, payments and final accounts.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams and senior management to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
• Provide commercial reporting and risk management across multiple live projects.
• Support strategic planning for future project pipeline delivery.

Job Type: Permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor Residential Developer | North Dublin

Our client, a well-established residential developer with a strong pipeline of over 1,400 units being built, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Drogheda. This is a key role supporting the commercial delivery of major residential developments, initially focused on two main sites in Dublin, with further large-scale projects commencing later this year.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of residential developments from pre-construction through delivery.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, forecasts and valuations.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including tender analysis and appointments.
