Job summary

Tines, the intelligent workflow company, seeks a Project Manager for its global Customer Success team. You will drive Professional Services engagements and oversee enterprise customer onboarding for complex migrations, coordinating with CS, Sales, Product and Engineering.

With 5+ years in project leadership and a background in technical delivery, you will manage end-to-end delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure successful platform adoption across a diverse set of customers while operating within

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading complex, multi-tiered projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of supporting customers through technical implementations, complex migrations, or software onboarding.
Experience in Cybersecurity, IT, or Business Operations domains is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Professional Services (PS) engagements and drive rapid platform adoption.
Own end-to-end project management from kickoff through UAT and closure.
Navigate ambiguity and unblock technical blockers for customers and engineers.
Prepare tailored progress reports for stakeholders and manage risks.
Partner with CSMs and engineers to onboard Enterprise customers.
Support growth and expansion as customers scale use cases on the platform.
Audit account health with CSMs and develop actionable success plans.
Diplomatically align diverse stakeholders across CS, Sales, Product and Engineering.
