Tines is an intelligent workflow company helping IT and security teams deliver complex automation. This remote role with EMEA hours leads Professional Services engagements, owns end-to-end project delivery, and helps customers grow platform adoption.

As a Senior Delivery professional you will coordinate cross-functional teams, unblock blockers, and track progress to ensure successful outcomes for Enterprise clients, collaborating with CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven track record in technical customer success and migrations.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT, or business operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Professional Services engagements with defined SOWs.
• Own end-to-end project management from kickoff to UAT and closure.
• Unblock technical blockers for customers and engineers; report risks and progress.
• Onboard Enterprise-level customers with CS and FDE collaboration.
• Grow and expand customer use cases on the platform; monitor health and success plans.
