3D Personnel Ltd in Sandyford, Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a new 15-storey, 200-unit apartment project from mobilisation through to handover. This role requires proven leadership on large residential schemes and strong commercial awareness to drive site teams, subcontractors and design teams.

You will report to senior management and client stakeholders, with a salary of €100,000–€125,000 and long-term career progression on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior PM on large residential projects.
• High-rise or apartment experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Lead the project from mobilisation through to handover
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and design team
• Control programme, cost, quality and safety
