3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineer for a new 15-storey, 200-unit apartment project in Sandyford, Dublin. You will lead setting out and on-site engineering, coordinate subcontractors, sequence works and resolve technical queries on site.

The role offers a long-term project with career progression and a competitive salary band of €80,000–€95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Senior engineering experience on residential or building projects.
• Strong setting-out and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead setting out and engineering on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and sequence works.
• Manage RFIs, quality records and technical queries.
• Support the Project Manager on programme and reporting.
