Search Talent in Dublin is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-rise residential and mixed-use developments at Adamstown and Kilternan. You will own delivery from pre-construction to handover, driving programme, commercial performance, quality and safety.

This senior role requires strong commercial awareness, technical knowledge and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams across multiple stakeholders and interfaces.

• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proven track record managing budgets, programmes and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments from pre-construction to completion.
• Establish project strategies aligned with programme, budget and business objectives.
• Monitor performance, manage programme risk and quality.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of around eight direct reports.
• Coordinate resources and ensure collaboration across design, construction and commercial teams.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the project.
