3D Personnel Ltd in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager to lead a residential/commercial building project with senior support.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, monitor progress, cost, quality and safety, and act as the main client/design team contact. The role offers a salary of €55,000 - €75,000 with long-term career progression and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or as a Site Manager/Senior Engineer ready to step up.
• Main contractor background on residential, commercial or public sector building projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of programming, BCAR and health & safety requirements.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
• Lead and coordinate the site team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
• Act as a key point of contact for the client and design team.
• Work closely with the commercial team on cost control and change management.
• Prepare progress reports and attend client and design team meetings.
