You will oversee mobilisation to handover, manage site and design teams, and ensure programme, cost, quality and safety standards while reporting to senior management and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior PM on large residential projects.
• High-rise or apartment experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from mobilisation through to handover.
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and design team.
• Control programme, cost, quality and safety.
• Report to senior management and client stakeholders.
