Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a leading Irish residential developer on a major scheme in Confey, Co. Kildare. Phase 1 comprises 270 units (100 houses and 170 apartments) of a 1,500-unit development.

You will lead delivery from pre-construction through handover, manage the site team, and work with the commercial team on cost control and change management. The role offers a competitive salary of €100,000 - €125,000.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Strong programming skills with MS Project or similar.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team.
• Work with the commercial team on cost control and change management.
• Report progress and risks to senior management.
