Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major construction project on site. The successful candidate will drive delivery from pre-construction to handover, manage the site team and subcontractors, and work with the client and design team to meet programme, cost, quality and safety targets.

You will report to senior management, collaborate with the commercial team on cost control and change management, and ensure robust progress and risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Strong programming skills (MS Project or similar) and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team
• Work with the commercial team on cost control and change management
• Report progress and risks to senior management
