Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a high-end residential project in Dublin 4. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing apartment projects, strong programming skills, and the ability to oversee a large site team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to budget and quality standards while reporting directly to the Contracts Manager. An attractive salary package includes a negotiable salary circa €100K – €110K, a car allowance, and a leading benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience working for main building contractors.
• Experience managing apartment projects.
• Ability to manage a large team.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for Site Team management.
• Ensure projects meet cost, quality, and safety standards.
• Report to the Contracts Manager or Company Director.
