Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives within a regulated environment in Ireland. You will own end-to-end project delivery, coordinate multiple workstreams and governance forums, and drive timely, within-budget outcomes while building strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in PM/Programme delivery, strong IT and business change experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Project Management, Programme Management or technology/change delivery.
• Experience delivering complex business and IT change.
• Experience within digital and Agile delivery environments.
• Experience working within structured governance frameworks.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within financial services or regulated environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams.
• Maintain governance documentation and detailed project plans.
• Manage RAID logs, dependencies, actions and reporting.
• Monitor delivery progress and address risks and issues.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support transition activities and post-implementation reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across technology change programmes.
