Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager from the General Insurance sector to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through to implementation and closure. The role will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure deployments are efficient, sustainable, and deliver real value for brokers, customers, and underwriters.

You will drive monthly deployments, optimize processes, and foster collaboration with our programme manager,

Qualifications

Strong experience in IT delivery management and cross-functional delivery.
Proven ability to document and optimize processes using BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and JIRA for managing releases and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, technology, and change teams.
Define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans aligned to business priorities.
Manage governance, reporting, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Own project budgets and ensure effective cost control.
Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
Provide clear, concise status updates to project teams and senior leadership.
Ensure project deliverables are reviewed, approved, and signed off.
