Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives within the FS sector in Ireland. The role partners with the programme manager on an IT Life Assurance team to drive discovery through implementation and closure.

You will coordinate across business, technology and change teams, manage budgets and risks, and report progress to senior leadership. A strong Agile background and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Project Management experience in large, complex programs.
• Strong track record of delivering in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to manage multi-location programs and complex tech solutions.
• Experience in matrixed vendor/customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, technology and change teams.
• Define project scope, objectives and delivery plans aligned to priorities.
• Manage governance, reporting and change control throughout the lifecycle.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Own project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Provide clear status updates to teams and leadership.
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed, approved and signed off.
