Job summary

Citigroup in Dublin seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead projects within Asset Servicing, directing professional teams and coordinating with senior stakeholders to deliver on time and to high quality standards.

You will own project governance, budgets, risk and change management, and work with cross‑functional partners to ensure delivery while upholding Citi policies and risk controls. A strong track record in complex environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project management within financial services.
• Experience supervising project managers/business analysts/project officers.
• Experience interacting with Board/Executive management levels.
• Broad understanding of business practices and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall direction, coordination, and completion of projects in Citi governance framework.
• Manage people managers and align objectives with organizational goals.
• Own multiple processes or reports, acting as a subject matter expert.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and resource plans; monitor execution and costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule and quality targets.
• Escalate and manage risks, changes, and stakeholder communications effectively.
