Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Dublin is seeking an Operations Core Project Lead Analyst to drive strategic project delivery within the Operations - Core group.

You will manage milestones, budgets, and stakeholder alignment across multiple projects, acting as SME to senior stakeholders. The role requires extensive project experience, domain knowledge across markets, and the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance and risk controls are maintained.

Qualifications

• Extensive previous relevant experience in similar role.
• Prior industry experience.
• LOAN IQ experience preferred.
• Experience with Jira would be of benefit.
• Fully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of a product or process; basic understanding of the firm's different businesses and the related economics; subject area expert in one or more specific skill sets.
• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones and budget on one or more projects.
• Assess creation of project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
• Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives and confirm project plans meet business needs as described in the project initiation documents.
• Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand project schedule and key milestones.
• Escalate project risks to the Project Director, or Project Sponsor, when appropriate.
• Ensure vendor performance is monitored and actions taken if performance warrants.
