Job summary

Citi Dublin is hiring an Asset Servicing Analyst to join the global financial institution at the heart of Dublin’s finance scene. You will monitor, analyze and evaluate processes, identify policy gaps and formulate recommendations, while supporting the team in delivering accurate processing and client service.

The role emphasizes reconciling positions for Corporate Action events, liaising with various units, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in financial services or asset servicing.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income and asset-backed securities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Proven success as a team player.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Review Corporate Action events and determine processing requirements.
• Liaise with units/departments relating to clients on Corporate Action items.
• Reconcile instructions vs eligible holders and execute client votes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies within department standards.
• Update processes and procedures timely and accurately.
• Identify gaps and potential system enhancements.
• Participate in testing and implementations.
• Escalate issues to management and contribute to cross-training.
