Citi Dublin seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Client Service Team within CitiService Investor Services Operations. You will guide staff development, ensure high service levels, and manage senior client relationships across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Finance, Accounting, Math, or Management preferred).
• Significant management experience in global financial institutions.
• Proven ability to deliver service excellence for large global clients.
• Proven track record of driving change through data-led insights.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Dublin-based Client Service Team within CitiService Investor Services Operations.
• Directly manage senior client relationships and drive a high-performing culture.
• Provide guidance on staff development and service excellence across the group.
• Design and implement the future target operating model in collaboration with other groups.
