Qualifications

• Relevant experience in asset servicing / corporate actions.
• Knowledge of equity securities, fixed income and asset-backed securities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Review Corporate Action events and ensure understanding and processing requirements.
• Liaise with units/departments relating to clients on Corporate Action items.
• Pro-actively reconcile instructions versus eligible holders and execute client votes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies; update processes and procedures as needed.
