The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, budgeting, and risk management, with responsibility for planning and monitoring project costs, plans, and change control.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project management across financial services.
• Experience supervising project managers/business analysts/project officers.
• Experience engaging with Board/Executive management level executives.
• Broad understanding of business practices and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction and governance of specified projects.
• Manage people managers and align objectives with organizational goals.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring delivery, quality, and timeliness.
• Identify risks, manage budgets, and communicate plans to stakeholders.
• Maintain project artifacts such as plans, charters, and issue logs.
