Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Dublin is seeking an Operations Core Project Lead Analyst to drive day-to-day project management, planning and stakeholder collaboration on key initiatives.

The role requires experience leading complex projects, with a strong focus on delivering against milestones, budgets and business value. The ideal candidate will have a track record in financial services, familiarity with Jira, and a Marie- or Master-level education.

Qualifications

• Extensive relevant experience in a similar role.
• Prior industry experience.
• LOAN IQ experience preferred.
• Experience with Jira would be beneficial.
• Full understanding of day-to-day activities of a product or process.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of milestones and budgets on one or more projects.
• Create project plans, charters, stakeholder management plans, acceptance plans and issue logs.
• Collaborate with Project Sponsor to ensure business case alignment with objectives.
• Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope and milestones.
• Escalate risks to Project Director or Sponsor when needed.
• Monitor vendor performance and take corrective actions when required.
• Provide analytical insights to define problems and craft solutions.
• Influence strategic decisions and support risk-aware business choices.
