Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager in the General Insurance sector to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to implementation and closure.

You will partner with our programme manager on a Broker and UW Application build, ensuring seamless collaboration among internal and external teams to deploy innovative application solutions for brokers, customers, and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT delivery management, business transformation, or deployment-focused roles.
• Proven ability to document and optimize processes using BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and JIRA for managing releases and tasks.

Senior Project Manager - General Insurance Sector

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who comes from the General Insurance sector to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through to implementation and closure. The successful candidate will primarily work closely with our programme manager on an existing Broker and UW Application build, you’ll ensure our project team — internal and external—work seamlessly to deliver innovative application solutions for our brokers, customers, and underwriters. You’ll drive the monthly deployments, optimize processes, and foster collaboration, making sure every rollout is efficient, sustainable, and brings real value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, technology, and change teams

• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and JIRA for managing releases, user stories, and day-to-day tasks.
• Collaborative approach, comfortable working in parallel with the Programme Manager and across business and IT teams.
• Understanding of IT systems in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
