Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives within a large, regulated environment. You'll own end-to-end delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders while ensuring strong governance, reporting and delivery discipline across projects.

The role emphasises proactive risk management, clear senior stakeholder updates and the ability to balance scope, schedule and quality in a demanding

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, Programme Management or technology/change delivery.
• Strong experience delivering complex business and IT change.
• Experience within digital and Agile delivery environments.
• Recognised Project Management qualification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation capability.
• Experience working within structured governance frameworks.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and steering groups.
• Experience within financial services or regulated environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial planning through delivery and transition into BAU.
• Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and governance documentation.
• Manage RAID logs, dependencies, actions and project reporting.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support implementation, business readiness and transition activities.
• Manage competing priorities across scope, schedule, quality, resources and risk.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
