Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager in the General Insurance sector to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to implementation and closure.

You will partner with our programme manager on a Broker and UW Application build, ensuring seamless collaboration among internal and external teams to deploy innovative application solutions for brokers, customers, and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT delivery management, business transformation, or deployment-focused roles.
• Proven ability to document and optimize processes using BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and JIRA for managing releases and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, technology, and change teams.
• Define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans aligned to business priorities.
• Manage governance, reporting, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Own project budgets and ensure effective cost control.
• Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Provide clear, concise status updates to project teams and senior leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables are reviewed, approved, and signed off.
