Job summary

Turmec Teoranta Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to help deliver small and large-scale projects across Ireland, the UK and international markets. The role involves project scheduling, resource allocation and coordination with project/site managers and internal departments to keep timelines and quality on track.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• AutoCAD an advantage.
• Excellent IT skills - MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of step-by-step project plans, outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver individual projects.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, providing administrative assistance to the projects team.
• Liaise with project/site managers and internal departments on a daily basis, assisting with project schedule management.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assist in the management of project progress, providing detailed progress reports, to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Follow up and ensure the close out of outstanding actions.
• Scheduling of invoicing and billing to clients, as per project timelines & agreed terms.
• Preparation of Operational & Maintenance Manuals.
