Job summary

Turmec is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to help deliver turnkey recycling plants across Ireland, the UK and international markets. The role focuses on scheduling, resource allocation and ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.

Main duties include planning, coordinating with site managers, defining requirements, and preparing progress reports to keep projects on track. Strong IT skills, communication and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project are desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing step-by-step project plans with timescales, costs and resources.
• Coordinate project management activities and provide administrative support to the projects team.
• Liaise daily with project/site managers and internal departments to manage schedules.
• Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Provide detailed progress reports to ensure timely project delivery.
• Follow up to close out outstanding actions.
• Schedule invoicing and billing to clients per project timelines and terms.
• Prepare Operational & Maintenance Manuals.
