Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Scheduler to provide schedule and planning services on a major construction project. You will work with the client and contractor teams to monitor progress, update the master schedule, and report on time impacts and risks.

The ideal candidate has 5 years scheduling/planning experience, strong knowledge of project controls, and the ability to coordinate inputs from multiple sources into a unified master plan for on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years scheduling/planning experience.
• Expertise in project controls and time management for major construction projects.
• Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Ability to coordinate inputs from multiple sources into a master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and contractor schedules and report on time impacts and risks.
• Maintain and monitor master plan schedule.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and client.
• Integrate contract packages into the master plan.
• Assess contractor's extension of time and update Baseline Programme.
