Job summary

CDP Architecture in Ireland is seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 3 years' experience and a strong design background to join our growing, friendly practice. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Ireland.
• Thorough understanding of Irish Building Regulations and Planning Guidelines.
• Strong knowledge and experience of BCMS/BCAR processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience working on small, medium, and large-scale projects across multiple sectors.
• Experience preparing feasibility studies, planning applications, tender packages, and construction drawings.
• Site experience and project management experience are advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from concept through to completion.
• Highly organised, motivated, and able to work effectively to deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• A full driving licence and access to a car are advantageous.
