Job summary

Salesforce Fin in Dublin is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Strategic Program Management team. You will lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to drive outcomes and align programs with company priorities.

You’ll shape programs, manage ambiguity, deliver end-to-end execution, and use data to inform decisions. This role requires strong ownership, B2B SaaS experience, and the ability to influence across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations or similar roles, with a track record of delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong generalist who connects the dots across functions to move initiatives forward.
• Excellent operational judgment balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and executives.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability and ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented with a track record of removing blockers.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
