Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Core, to shape the core product experience for short-term rental owners and property managers. You will own strategic initiatives, drive outcomes, and translate customer needs into high‑impact software solutions.

In a fully remote, internationally distributed environment, you will collaborate with engineering, sales, and support to deliver measurable improvements, prioritize effectively, and scale the product with customer insights and data-driven

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate tech, hospitality software, or related industries.
• Proven track record owning products end to end, from concept to launch, with measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate customer problems, requirements, and strategy clearly.
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making, balancing competing demands and constraints.
• Proven project management capabilities, structuring complex initiatives into workstreams, milestones, and priorities.
• Delivery mindset to maintain a regular release cadence and pragmatic trade‑offs.
• High customer empathy and ability to build productive cross‑functional relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and able to own initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating complex projects independently.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own results across significant business lines, including value delivery and commercial impact.
• Gather and translate customer feedback and stakeholder input into clear product requirements.
