Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead global engineering teams responsible for scalable, AI-assisted development in a fully remote setup. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and other Engineering Managers to set direction, improve delivery, and build high‑quality software powering commerce worldwide.

You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to production, champion CI/CD, testing, observability, and a culture of ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a product-focused technology company.
• Strong product discovery and delivery leadership.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make trade-offs.
• Excellent people management and coaching skills.
• Experience with modern web stack and cloud infra.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers through discovery and prioritization.
• Shape technical and product decisions, evaluating trade-offs.
• Own engineering execution from planning to post-launch evaluation.
• Promote automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Encourage AI-assisted development to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate across squads to align on objectives.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
