Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Ireland to lead pricing, availability, and listing management within a AI-powered SaaS platform. You will own the roadmap and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and integrations teams from discovery to delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, customer discovery, and delivering reliable experiences across external booking channels, with a fully remote setup for candidates in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software or SaaS environments.
• Experience owning a broad product area with multiple interconnected features and dependencies.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and deliver intuitive, reliable user experiences, including third‑party integrations.
• Experience using AI as part of everyday product development, including familiarity with AI coding tools.
• Hands-on product mindset with ownership beyond traditional specs and active delivery involvement.
• Strong technical understanding to collaborate with engineering on APIs and system architecture.
• Experience conducting continuous product discovery with customer research and validation.
• Strong commercial awareness linking decisions to customer outcomes and business performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with sound judgment on prioritization.
• Resilience and ownership addressing long-standing product challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
• Presence in the EMEA region to enable effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core domain, with ownership of pricing and availability and related listing management."
• Lead product development across interconnected workflows enabling property managers to manage rates, availability, and listings.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business objectives, and measurable impact on performance and revenue.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and integration teams to translate opportunities into requirements and releases.
• Drive continuous product discovery through research, interviews, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development from concepts to shipped features.
• Work with engineers to validate technical approaches and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Navigate complex dependencies across external booking platforms for consistent behavior.
• Make informed trade-offs to improve usability, reliability, and performance of the core platform.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
