Jobgether is seeking a Founder's Associate - Product for a remote-first role based in Ireland. You will work closely with the founders at the intersection of product management, AI, and Revenue Operations to shape strategy and translate insights into tangible product specs.

You will own a product area, align with sales and RevOps, and guide a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality features that drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic background in economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, venture capital, consulting, or environments with broad responsibilities.
• Exceptional written communication, concise and persuasive.
• Strong curiosity, independent thinking, and informed opinions on product management.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with Sales and Revenue Operations to understand workflows and Salesforce usage.
• Translate customer insights into clear product opportunities and decisions.
• Define AI-powered features and how AI can surface relevant information with minimal noise.
• Write product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and evaluate feature performance through data.
