Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Core Product based in Ireland.

We are looking for a commercially minded and technically skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of a core product domain within a fast-growing, AI-powered SaaS environment. In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of essential product experiences covering pricing, availability, and listing management. Your work will directly influence how professional property managers optimize their revenue, manage reservations, and distribute their listings across multiple booking channels. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and integration teams, you will simplify complex workflows and deliver reliable, intuitive solutions. You will also embrace AI-powered development tools to take ideas from discovery and prototyping through to product delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a business-critical platform while working remotely within a diverse, international team across the EMEA region.

Accountabilities
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core product domain, with primary ownership of pricing and availability and responsibility for the related listing management experience.

  • Lead product development across interconnected workflows that enable professional property managers to manage rates, availability, booking restrictions, stay rules, and listing content.

  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, business objectives, market opportunities, and measurable impact on customer performance and revenue.

  • Simplify complex product experiences and workflows, ensuring customers can manage their properties and distribution channels confidently and efficiently.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and channel integration teams to translate product opportunities into clear requirements, prototypes, and successful product releases.

  • Drive continuous product discovery through customer research, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and experimentation to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

  • Use AI-powered tools and coding assistants to accelerate product development, moving ideas from initial concepts and prototypes to functional solutions and shipped features.

  • Work alongside engineers throughout implementation, providing product direction, validating technical approaches, and ensuring solutions meet customer and business expectations.

  • Navigate complex technical dependencies and differences between external booking platforms, ensuring consistent and reliable product behavior across integrations.

  • Make informed product trade-offs, address long-standing customer challenges, and continuously improve the usability, reliability, and performance of the core platform.

  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and ensure delivered solutions create meaningful business value.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of product management experience in B2B software or SaaS environments, preferably working on products used daily by professional customers.

  • Demonstrated experience owning and developing a broad product area involving multiple interconnected features, workflows, and technical dependencies rather than managing isolated features.

  • Proven ability to simplify complex systems and deliver intuitive, reliable user experiences, particularly in environments involving third-party platforms, integrations, and varying external requirements.

  • Practical experience using AI as part of everyday product development, including familiarity with AI coding tools and the ability to transform ideas into clickable or functional prototypes.

  • A hands-on product mindset, with enthusiasm for taking ownership beyond traditional product specifications and actively contributing to the development and delivery process.

  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, system architecture, and technical constraints, without necessarily building these systems independently.

  • Experience conducting continuous product discovery, including customer research, problem validation, opportunity assessment, and iterative solution development.

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect product decisions with customer outcomes, business performance, and strategic priorities.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment when evaluating competing priorities, managing trade-offs, and making decisions in complex product environments.

  • Resilience and ownership, particularly when addressing long-standing product challenges and improving systems that customers rely on for their daily operations.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and influence product decisions across distributed teams.

  • Physical presence within the EMEA region is required to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues, peers, and internal stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in travel technology, hospitality, vacation rentals, or online marketplaces.

  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, rate management, distribution systems, inventory management, or property-related technology.

  • Experience developing products involving multiple external sales or booking channels.

  • Background working with professional users who manage properties, rooms, vehicles, equipment, or other inventory-based assets.

Experience in vacation rental software is not mandatory. Candidates with a strong background in simplifying complex systems and building reliable products for professional users are encouraged to apply.

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and local market rates.

  • 100% remote working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from anywhere within your country of residence, provided you are physically based in the EMEA region.

  • Equity participation through stock options, allowing employees to share in the company's long-term growth and success.

  • Country-specific annual paid leave in accordance with applicable local employment standards and contractual arrangements.

  • Healthcare insurance and pension benefits, depending on the country of residence and applicable local practices.

  • Opportunities for professional development, continuous learning, and career advancement within a rapidly growing international business.

  • Exposure to innovative AI-powered technologies and the opportunity to contribute to the development of a leading SaaS platform.

  • A collaborative, values-driven working environment that encourages innovation, ownership, and shared success.

  • An international team with colleagues across more than 40 countries, offering opportunities to collaborate with diverse professionals and perspectives.

  • Flexible work environment with the freedom to choose your preferred workspace, whether at home or in a coworking space.
