Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Staff-level Product Designer for Ireland to lead end-to-end design of AI-native workplace experiences, shaping conversational AI and autonomous workflows.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to set design direction and turn ambitious ideas into intuitive, trustworthy experiences. This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to influence how AI-driven interactions feel.

Qualifications

• Significant staff-level product design experience leading major AI-native initiatives.
• Experience designing AI-powered/conversational interfaces or agentic capabilities.
• Strong craft in interaction and visual design with measurable UX improvements.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear product direction and principles.
• Systems thinking considering AI capabilities, architecture and constraints.
• Trust-centered design prioritizing transparency and user control over AI outputs.
• End-to-end ownership from exploration through launch and optimization.
• Prototyping and experimentation to validate complex experiences.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence.
