Job summary

Ministry Brands, a Galway-based AI-driven product portfolio leader, seeks a Product Manager – AI to drive embedding artificial intelligence across our SaaS product suite. You will own Amplify Equip, our AI-powered content module, from strategy to delivery, collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring responsible AI capabilities to market.

You will shape use cases, write specifications, monitor market developments, and prioritise backlog.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, shipping AI-powered features or products.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, models, and evaluation trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI product lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption.
• Analyze AI feature usage, quality, and costs to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver AI capabilities responsibly.
