Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a customer-focused Solutions Engineer based in Ireland to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will partner with sales, account management, product, and engineering to design tailored solutions that deliver measurable value, using AI-powered tools where appropriate.

The role involves discovery, solution architecture, pricing, proposals, and implementing handovers, with ongoing relationships across strategic enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a client-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, technical sales, consulting, product management, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Strong consultative selling abilities with a customer-first mindset and ability to understand business challenges and customer workflows.
• Hands-on experience with agentic software development or AI agent/workflow implementations.
• Formal software engineering background is not required.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between business needs, creative services, and technology solutions.
• Partner with sales, account management, product, and engineering to understand client challenges and design tailored solutions.
• Define solution architectures that align customer requirements with products, services, and AI tooling partners.
• Prepare pricing and commercial proposals for systems-related opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and creative teams to validate feasibility and deliver proposals.
• Coordinate handover of signed projects to deployment teams and maintain post-sale account relationships.
