Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B/enterprise SaaS product management, hands-on AI product experience, and a strong grasp of AI governance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex products from concept to launch.

Product Manager (AI & Data) Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Type: Permanent Overview An AI infrastructure organisation is hiring a Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery across its enterprise privacy and AI governance platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI, data governance, and enterprise SaaS. You will own roadmap priorities, translate complex regulatory and enterprise requirements into clear product direction, and partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver measurable product impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy Define and execute quarterly roadmaps aligned to company objectives
• Prioritise features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product direction
• Product Delivery Translate enterprise privacy and AI governance needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Maintain a structured, prioritised backlog
• Drive MVP releases with rapid iteration based on user feedback and analytics
• Cross Functional Leadership Partner with Engineering on architecture and technical trade offs
• Collaborate with Design to deliver intuitive enterprise experiences
• Align Sales, Customer Success, and leadership stakeholders around product priorities
• Data and Performance Define and track key product metrics
• Use analytics and experimentation to validate hypotheses
• Drive continuous improvement using qualitative and quantitative insights

Required Experience

• 5 plus years Product Management experience within B2B or enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record delivering complex products from concept through launch
• Hands on experience building AI or LLM enabled products in production
• Strong understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
• Experience working with enterprise customers managing security and compliance requirements

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA
• Background in data governance, consent management, or identity solutions
• Experience in high growth startup environments
• Strong product analytics capability
• Technical background with ability to engage deeply with engineering
