Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the API Experience Team within the Merchant organization. You will own Genius and POS solutions, Value-Added Services, and Integrated Partners, shaping a unified, merchant-ready roadmap from concept to market.

You’ll translate market opportunities into prioritized plans, collaborate across global teams, and drive growth by delivering high-impact, developer-friendly products and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Knowledge of payments tech, POS, and partner ecosystems.
• Experience with API design and OpenAPI (OAS) is a plus.
• Technical background in software engineering is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Go-to-market experience bringing products to market.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology required or equivalent experience.
• Executive presence with ability to present to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, build and bring to market Global Payments products.
• Drive unified integration experiences for Genius POS and partner capabilities.
• Own API propositions for Value Added Services.
• Gather requirements for technical delivery teams.
• Design APIs and create user stories and guides.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to go-to-market.
• Document changes for internal training and portals.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and developers for rapid delivery.
• Align stakeholders and communicate product state and vision.
• Analyze markets and competitors to inform roadmaps.
