Global Payments is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the API Experience Team within the Merchant organization. You will own Genius and POS solutions, Value-Added Services, and Integrated Partners, shaping a unified, merchant-ready roadmap from concept to market.
You’ll translate market opportunities into prioritized plans, collaborate across global teams, and drive growth by delivering high-impact, developer-friendly products and documentation.
Every day, Global Payments makes it possible for millions of people to move money between buyers and sellers using our payments solutions for credit, debit, prepaid and merchant services. Our worldwide team helps over 3 million companies, more than 1,300 financial institutions and over 600 million cardholders grow with confidence and achieve amazing results. We are driven by our passion for success and we are proud to deliver best-in-class payment technology and software solutions. Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow. Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our ever evolving Product team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Our Product Managers take a leading role in defining, designing, building and bringing to market Global Payments products and capabilities. Working within the API Experience Team within the wider Merchant organization, the Senior Product Manager will focus on our Genius and Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions, Value-Added Services (VAS), and Integrated Partner products. The goal is to deliver a world-class integration and user experience for new and existing capabilities for our merchants, partners, and their developers. This role is responsible for helping to shape commercially compelling solutions that drive partner growth, merchant adoption, and revenue outcomes. A primary focus is championing a "Single-In" philosophy, ensuring that the experience is unified and consistent across the entire lifecycle from the initial technical integration to deep-dive data reporting. You will translate market opportunities into prioritised, executable roadmaps that deliver reliable, scalable, and merchant-ready solutions.
Our ideal Senior Product Manager will have a background in defining, designing, and building new product capabilities, documenting them to a high standard, and bringing those features to market across all Global Payments geographic regions and business units. While experience with APIs is important, a strong background in managing a diverse product portfolio including hardware (POS), software platforms (Genius), and partner integrations is key.
You possess a strong attention to detail. You want to take full ownership of your products from end-to-end. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to dig into complex problems and be able to articulate them clearly and succinctly. You are a creative problem solver who loves collaborating across teams both locally and globally. You collaborate to solve problems and can use relationships to gain input and trust from other Product Managers, Sales, Customer Success, Architects and Designers. You’re constantly looking at the market, at our competitors and how merchants are using technology to enable their sales strategies. You’re interested in continuous learning and development and are ambitious to grow your career at Global Payments.
Our inclusive and global teams win together every day. We’re proud to have the best minds in the industry, who you can learn from as you grow your career. The people, the energy, the connections – it’s unmatched. Come and be part of an ever-evolving company and get dynamic opportunities that go beyond borders. What makes a Globalpayer?
