Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Development - B2B Payments to drive new capabilities from concept to market validation. You will create clear product requirements, work with Engineering on API-first designs, and partner with Architecture and Data Science to deliver scalable platform features.

You will support the Director and Product Management team, manage the backlog, and empower delivery across the full software lifecycle while leveraging internal and external partnerships

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree is preferable.
• Experience in B2B payments and ERP integrations.
• Experience in product development or technical product management.
• APIs, data flows, and integration requirements expertise.
• Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including non-functional requirements such as security, performance and scalability.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and build customer-centric products.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Aha!.
• Excellent communication and cross-organizational collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities with cross-functional teams.
• Translate problems into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Own backlog management and requirements refinement with clear specs and success metrics.
• Design scalable APIs, data models, and integration workflows.
• Collaborate across the software development lifecycle from planning to production rollout.
• Define integration requirements with third-party providers to accelerate delivery.
• Measure feature adoption and translate insights into improvements.
• Maintain product documentation and release notes for stakeholders.
